How long do I earn commission on a referral?+
For 365 days from when the customer is first attributed to you. Any qualifying subscription payment they make within that window can generate commission for you.
What counts as a referral?+
Anyone who signs up using your referral code or link within 30 days of first using it. PRIVM determines attribution using the technical signals available at sign-up, such as link clicks or an entered referral code.
What currency am I paid in?+
The same currency your referred customer paid in. Commission is calculated on the actual amount paid and fixed at that moment — PRIVM never converts between currencies or recalculates it later.
Do refunds or cancellations affect my commission?+
Yes. Refunded, charged-back, or cancelled subscription payments don't generate commission, and PRIVM reserves the right to reverse commission already credited for a payment that's later refunded.
Can I change my referral code later?+
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. Keep in mind the change takes effect immediately and permanently breaks any link you've already shared under the old code — there's no redirect from old to new.
Is there a cost to join?+
